My boyfriend's younger brother, Chris, celebrates his 20th birthday this weekend, so we all went out to Slows Bar BQ in Detroit on Sunday to celebrate with him before he leaves for college. My boyfriend and I decided to split our meals. We started with the Niman Ranch Brisket Enchiladas. Then he got The Big Three with pulled pork, chicken, and brisket while I got a full - yes a full - rack of ribs. It was soo good but we ended up with plenty of leftovers!
