I made sure to save the seeds when we carved our pumpkins to roast into a yummy snack!
Using this recipe from MissMake, I mixed all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
After baking them, I took them out of the oven to find that the sugar and butter cooked onto the pumpkin seeds almost like a caramel.
They're sweet, salty, and a little smokey from the chili. We've been eating them by the handful. You've got to try them out!
