8 Weeks to a Better Me - Week 2

I think I did pretty well on my 3 goals for week one.  This week's theme for 8 Weeks to a Better Me is fitness.

1 - get up away from my desk and stretch during the day

2 - make an effort to take the stairs instead of the elevator

3 - play Dance Central - it's such a fun game and I don't play it nearly enough!
